Mousse neutral 100 gr (bavarois)
OverviewPowdered mix for mousse and/or dessert creams. With natural flavourings. The product is suitable for freezing.
Basic recipe for mousse: Lightly whip 500 g unsweetened whipping cream with 100 ml water on a medium speed. Slowly add 100 g mousse powder and then, on a medium speed, whip until the desired consistency is reached. Flavour to taste by adding 50 g of the flavouring of your choice. Divide the mousse into moulds or shape into desserts and place in the fridge.
