Pastrycolour Fondant or white sugar paste is ideal to work with, its handling, kneading and stretching is very easy to carry out as it provides a subtle finish and a high quality texture, which are two of the most important factors for a quality result.

How to use:       

Ready to use product, in cake design and bakery products.

Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose, vegetable fats (palm kernel in variable proportions), stabiliser (E420), colouring (E170), water, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (E202), acidulant (citric acid) and flavouring.

Allergens: Gluten free, Kosher and halal certified.

Content : 250 gr.
 
Optimum temperature: 18 - 25ºC; Maximum relative humidity: 40 - 50%. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
