RD Progel (concentrated) Caramel

With Rainbow Dust ProGel® Concentrated Colour you can easily colour fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sponge cake and more. Just a small amount of this highly concentrated food colouring is enough to create deep, vibrant colours making each tube last longer.

Each gel comes in a clean and easy-to-use colour-coordinated tube with a tamper-evident seal. Simply peel and squeeze: no more messy containers or stained toolboxes.

Preparation method

Add a small amount of ProGel® to the product of your choice and mix or knead thoroughly until the colour is fully incorporated, no streaks are visible, and you achieve an even colour. Add more drops until the desired colour is achieved. The colours may darken slightly if left to stand for a while.

Humectant: E422, water, colour: E102, E155, modified starch (tapioca).

E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
