Tropical Birds & Flamingo by Karen Davies

Bring a bit of tropical in your life with lovely tropical birds mould from Karen Davies. This flexible mould, made of high quality silicon, contains 5 different birds, including flamingo, cockatoo, toucan, parrot and humming bird. You can also use the flamingo as a stork, this makes the product also great for baby themed cakes. Combine this mould with the tropical leaves mould and you have great decorations for making a tropical themed cake.

Instructions: Knead your marzipan or fondant well. Mix the fondant if necessary with some tylo powder. Make a ball and press the marzipan or fondant from inside to outside well into the mould. Remove the shape from the mould. If necessary, the mould powder with a little corn starch in advance what the fondant/marzipan easier to solve.

Wash and thoroughly dry your mould before use.
