General terms and conditons

Refusal of delivery :

The buyer may refuse his order within 14 days after the delivery, as legal determinated in Belgium. The refusal has to be done within those delay and by writing (letter or E-mail). Return of the good has always to be done in original and non opened packaging. The costs of the return are always on charge of the buyer and the returned good has to reach Twinkelcake within maximum 20 days after delivery. Twinkelcake may always refuse new orders if the refusal right was invoked by the buyer.

Orders

Orders can only be done by mail or e-mail. Orders done by phone need always to be confirmed by writing.

Prices

All the prices on our website are included VAT.

Prices on promotional products are valid until those products are sold out.

Sold out products can be purposed on a later date on another price.

Shipping

Ordered products will be send as soon as possible and normaly within 2 working days after the payment appear on our account. If a product is no more available it will be send later with agreement of the buyer or it will be cancelled and paid back to buyer (without any damage costs).

Order above 95 € are free of shipping costs for Belgium,the Netherlands, France, Luxemburg, Germany and Monaco.

Shipping costs for Belgium are 4,95 € (with a maximum of 10 kg).

Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Luxemburg are 6,95 € (with a maximum of 10 kg)- minimum order 25 € needed.

Shipping costs for France, Monaco and Germany are 7,95 € (with a maximum of 10 Kg) - minimum order 25 € needed.

If a product is indicated as sold-out on our site, it can never be delivered for free. In that case the buyer will be advised by e-mail when it is available again and the buyer can pick it up in our store (Notenstraat 6 - Mariakerke) or pay again the shipping costs or make a new order with other items and the missing product.

When a product is no more available, but not indicated on our website, the backorder will be send, for free, as soon as it is available again.

Orders that can not be delivered due to wrong adresses or wrong housenumbers and send back to Twinkelcake, can only be send back after total payment of second shipping costs.

All damage on products has to be sign up to Twinkelcake within the 5 working days after reception. That can be done by e-mail with a picture of damaged products and packaging. All damage due to transport will be replaced for free by Twinkelcake.

Return shipments are only possible after agreement with Twinkelcake.

Products, specialy made for buyer such as pictures, logo's,... will never be taken back.

Twinkelcake can not be held liable for any damage due to late or wrong delivery. Twinkelcake can not be held liable for any damage due to flawed or wrong utilisation of its products, deviation of colors from the pictures on its website and incomplete or wrong description of its items.

Transport is always done by a third company in this way Twinkelcake can not be held liable for any delivery time once the order left its warehouse.

Payment

Full payment has to be done on our account. Partial payments are not allowed.

Privacy

Your coordinates are only used to finalize your orders. For that Twinkelcake need your complete name, adress and housenumber, city, phone number and e-mail  adress. Twinkelcake will only transmitt your coordinates to those who need them to finalize your order. Those are required to respect the confidentiality of your coordinates. Twinkelcake will never pass or sell your coordinates on a third person.

You can always consult, modify or delete your coordinates.

If you subscibe our newsletter, you can be advised on our promotions or workshops. If you change your mind or you do not want to be contacted by Twinkelcake, you can alsways unsubscribe on the newsletter.

Disputes

Only the Court of Gent (Belgium) can intervene by disputes between Twinkelcake and the buyer.
