This food-grade refrigerant spray allows sugar and chocolate-based products to be assembled by instant cooling.
Ingredients: Propellants: butane E943a - isobutane E943b - propane E944.
May contain traces of soya, milk and sulphites.
How to use a cooling spray?
This spray is ready to use. It is a product for use in foodstuffs: limited use.
Shake the can vigorously before use, then spray in thin layers from a distance of 25-30 cm onto the surface to be treated, keeping the aerosol as vertical as possible.
Stand in a well-ventilated room and protect your work surface during use as the spray is highly volatile: you can place your dessert in a cardboard box to prevent the product from spreading throughout the room.
We recommend waiting 1 hour before consuming the decorated product. Do not spray into the ambient air.
Maximum dosage: do not exceed 60 seconds of spraying per kilo of cake (REG.CE.1 333/2008).
What should I do if my spray is blocked?
Clean the nozzle of the food-grade cold spray with hot water if it is blocked.
How should I store the food-grade refrigerant?
Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
