All you need to do is add water, egg and butter to the FunCakes mix. Bake a traditional gingerbread man, Christmas tree or reindeer for Christmas. Decorate the biscuits with the included chocolate writers. Also fun to make with the children for the holidays. Bake a cute gingerbread man, Christmas tree or reindeer for Christmas.
Just add one egg, water and butter to bake the perfect gingerbread biscuits.
These biscuits can be beautifully decorated with the icing pens.
Contents: 500 grams of mix, 4 chocolate writers (red, white, black, green), 3 cookie cutters.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix with 1 egg (50 g), 60 g (cream) butter and 60 ml water into a firm dough and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (3 mm thick) and cut out biscuits. Bake the biscuits in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Allow the biscuits to cool and decorate as desired.

Ingredients mix: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, herbs and spices (ginger, cinnamon), burnt sugar, raising agents: E500, E450. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soya, milk, lupin. This product is: Halal certified.

Choco writers instructions for use:

Heat water to 35-42°C.
Place the tube in the warm water for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the tube to ensure that all the icing has melted completely.
Twist off the cap of the tube and write or make decorations on a baking mat, baking paper or directly on your finished product.
Tip! Place your decorations in the refrigerator to harden them even faster.

Green: Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm, shea), milk powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (soya), salt, flavouring, colouring: E160a, E133.

Black: Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm, shea), cocoa powder (16%) (reduced fat), emulsifier: E322 (soya), colouring: E153, flavouring.

White: Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm, shea), milk powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (soya), salt, flavouring.

Red: Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm, shea), milk powder (skimmed), emulsifier: E322 (soya), salt, flavouring, colouring: E160c, E120.
