X-mas Candy Cane - 70 gr

For all your Christmas baking, these fun edible sugar decorations are shaped like red and white candy canes. They can be easily applied to cakes, cupcakes, donuts, Yule logs, etc. They are colorfast on ganache and buttercream.

The mix consists of white and red candy canes.

Ingredients: Dextrose, corn starch, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, food coloring (E129, E110, E162), glazing agent: carnauba wax. Contains color E129, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Nutritional value per 100g of product: fat - 1.1g, of which saturated - 1.1g, carbohydrates - 97g, of which sugars - 72g, proteins - 0.185g, salt - 0.045g. Energy value per 100g of product: 374 kcal / 1564 kJ.

Storage conditions: Store in a dark place at a temperature of (18 ± 3%) ⁰C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
